The driver arrives at the hotel on time and speaks fluent Mandarin, so there are no communication problems. The ten-seater is spacious and comfortable. The driver is very helpful in answering any questions you may have during the trip and is very friendly. Overall, it was a very good charter service experience, and it's very convenient for traveling with elderly people and children!

Great limousine service. It is very convenient and easy to use the tickets bought from Trip.com. They are cheaper to buy from Trip.com as there are discount rather than buying the physical ticket. There will also be uncle to help to load and unload the luggage too. I will continue to use this limousine bus for my future trip.
