Arima Onsen is a relatively old hot spring in the Kansai region, located in Arima Town, Kita Ward, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. Arima Onsen, one of Japan's three largest hot springs, is a 1,300-year-old hot spring area that is said to have been built by Buddhist monks in the 8th century. Surrounded by mountains on three sides, you can enjoy cherry blossoms in spring and maple trees in autumn. In addition to the famous hot springs, this place is quite popular with tourists. The water quality of Arima Onsen is rich in minerals, and it is divided into golden spring, silver spring, radium spring and carbonated spring according to different spring quality. In addition, because the spring quality of Arima Onsen is slightly salty, it is rumored that if an ancient samurai was injured, soaking in this area would make the wound easier to heal. Bathing here, the warm heat often mirrors the dense clouds and mists of the mountains outside. Today's hot spring area is a concentration of elegant hot spring hotels, and the quiet style is another charming style of Kobe.Kobe · 12.9 km from downtown

Kitano still has the Ijinkan (Western-style building where foreigners live) left over from the Meiji era. With the opening of Kobe Port in 1968, Ijinkan gradually increased, making Kitano Ijinkan Street full of exotic flavors. There are now 20 or 30 Ijinkans open to the public. The white Western-style buildings standing on the corners of the street have many pleasing sights. The Kazami Chicken Hall, built in 1909, is a representative building of Kobe Ijinkan; the red brick exterior wall It is beautifully coordinated with the interior decoration of Art Nouveau and has a gorgeous style. The furniture of the year is also very valuable. There is also the Menghuang Pavilion, which was built in 1903 and used to be the residence of the American Consul General.Kobe · 1.3 km from downtown

er, there is a building that looks like waves or white sails. This is the Kobe Maritime Museum. In addition to the beautiful appearance, there are also many attractions in the museum. You will see many ship models from ancient times to the present, and learn about the ocean, ships, Japan's maritime history and Kobe Port Tower. There is also a model ship of the future concept. "Yamato No. 1" is said to be powered by superconducting electromagnetism. It is novel and interesting, so don't miss it. There is also a unique building not far from the Kobe Port Tower and the Maritime Museum, the Oriental Hotel, which looks like a luxury cruise ship docked by the port. In addition, there is Kobe Port Earthquake Memorial Park on the east side of the park, so you may wish to visit it if you have time. Walking a U-shape along the bay from the park, you can reach the mosaic garden opposite, which is part of Kobe Seaside Paradise. This comprehensive commercial area has shopping malls, restaurants, cinemas and other facilities. On the Mosaic Ferris wheel, you can enjoy 360-degree views of Kobe, as well as romantic night views.Kobe · 3.2 km from downtown

A big reason I travelled to Japan was to visit universal. After time spent in rural and city surroundings through Asia I just wanted something that was all about fun and this was the perfect way to get that. Great rides, easy vibes, well put tighter and one of the most enjoyable parts to my trip.

It's great. This hot spring combines gold, silver, and carbonated baths; you can choose whichever you want. They give you a bag with a towel and bath towel when you enter, which you can return after use. The price is a bit high, but it's worth it because it offers more options than just soaking in the gold or silver baths individually. If you want to soak in either of those separately, you can choose separately.

Besides the real spring water, it felt like a bathhouse in China during the summer, albeit with a more elaborate process. First, change into a bathhouse outfit, then shower, then put on your bathhouse outfit to change into your own clothes before leaving. No rest required, and the same process continued. I was given a key box twice. The cashier was quite quick. The food was reasonably priced.

A beautiful and peaceful place, especially if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Even though I visited on a cloudy day, the greenery and fresh atmosphere made me feel so relaxed, like I could finally breathe. It was such a healing experience and didn’t feel tiring at all.The view of Kobe from above was amazing, and riding the ropeway was definitely one of my favorite parts. Along the way, you can also see a beautiful waterfall. There are places to buy drinks, wine, ice cream, and souvenirs. I tried the ice cream and it was so refreshing and delicious! I also bought some souvenirs for myself and my family, and I think the prices were quite reasonable.Definitely recommended if you’re visiting Kobe and want to enjoy nature, beautiful views, and a peaceful atmosphere. 🌿✨
