I booked this trip for my brother and sister-in-law. They were so happy when they came back! Although I was very proud and thought I made the right choice, I didn't really know how good the tour guide was. My brother and sister-in-law kept asking me to give the tour guide a good review for the next three days 😂 Anyway, I believe they had a very enjoyable time. I am very grateful to the tour guide for taking care of my family and making them have a pleasant experience in Japan. The tour guide was Fu Shuo. I hope to meet you again on another trip to Japan next time!

I joined a snow-playing and Arima hot spring tour on January 28th at Mount Rokko. The tour leader, Lully, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The itinerary was perfectly arranged, and she handled any issues that arose with other group members very quickly and efficiently. We had a fantastic time! Lully switched between three languages during the tour – Chinese, English, and Korean – which was truly impressive! I highly recommend Lully and the driver! Taking a day trip is so relaxing; you can sleep and rest as soon as you get on the bus. Highly recommended!


