It's quite a convenient device for traveling in Japan, much more convenient than Esim in my opinion. It has a good signal and connection quality. On the downside, the battery only lasts about 8-9 hours, so a power bank is essential. The staff at the checkout counter were a bit confused, not realizing that more than one router can be included in a single booking.
