It's convenient because you can find it right after exiting the departure hall. The staff was friendly and set it up quickly. The signal was decent, and I used it well. However, I was a little worried because my plan was suspended after 35GB, which was a bit of a concern. I was satisfied because the price was cheaper than buying unlimited data on-site.

I figured out the connection without any problems (my phone supports eSIM, a Samsung Galaxy S24), and I set it up in Thailand, and everything works perfectly. I use Wi-Fi at the hotel, and the rest of the time I use the eSIM. I don't watch TikTok or YouTube nonstop, so 2GB a day for messaging apps and short videos, plus the phone and apps' main usage, is overkill. I could have gotten a smaller data plan. I definitely recommend it over buying expensive physical SIM cards at the airport.

Best connection, did not have any problems with it even when we went island hopping. Was connected the whole time. Though would advise one to do the authentication before flying put as it can be a bit complicated.

Everything was fine, the process was quick and easy. We were in Thailand and connected to one phone. The speed didn't drop when we shared the internet. We had no problems whatsoever, and we didn't have to contact customer support.
