You can check the bus schedule using the app, but it's quite difficult. It was a real hassle because the bus I wanted didn't arrive on time. However, the boats were very easy to understand and boarding was smooth because there were staff members to guide you.

The prepayment process was smooth. However, while Trip.com's instructions stated that a QR code would be provided during the booking process, I was only assigned a booking number. The QR code was actually printed on the receipt issued when I checked in my luggage at the destination. I only found this out after contacting Trip.com myself, so I hope they will update the accuracy of their instructions during the booking process in the future.

The driver was generally accommodating to our needs, but before departure, he suddenly asked us to hire a tour guide. After searching online, I found out that it wasn't a mandatory requirement, so I put aside my unnecessary worries. The driver was wearing a mask when we first got on the bus, which I thought showed good hygiene, but he took it off halfway through the trip and coughed occasionally. Two days later, both of us contracted influenza A. Of course, I was filled with suspicion and hoped that the driver would take better care of himself if he had any health issues.

Open 24 hours, friendly service, fluent in both Chinese and English. Adding luggage storage at the last minute; the price for on-site storage is higher than online booking, so advance booking is recommended. They provide a receipt, and payment is made when you collect your luggage. The process was very fast, taking only 8 minutes. It's a 1-minute walk from immigration to the arrivals hall (7-Eleven), very convenient.

It was a beautiful boat trip. There was a buffet with plenty of choice. Due to the rainy season, we unfortunately couldn't eat on the upper deck, but we could eat on the lower deck, and there was entertainment. A band made it quite enjoyable.
