The ferry was a great experience overall. It was fast, clean, and arrived and departed on time, which made the journey very convenient. The seats were comfortable, and the ride was smooth, so I didn’t feel tired or uncomfortable during the trip. The ferry was also well-maintained and the staff were helpful. I really enjoyed the journey and would definitely choose this ferry again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and reliable ferry service.★

I was at counter 10, gate 2. It was roughly in the middle of the building. It's a big ship, and even in a storm it doesn't sway much; a speedboat would have been a real pain. The price was the most affordable on trip.com for a roundtrip ticket. The return ticket was open-ended. To find the check-in counter, look at the logo in the photo. The return route is a kind of gazebo on four columns right on the pier.★

The hotel pickup was on time, which was reassuring. We waited at the meeting point for a while, and the staff guided us to the boat for each tour. The boat captain was very cheerful and explained everything well, and I was surprised at how skilled he was at driving (and stopping). The second island was so beautiful that I wished we could have stayed longer. On the other hand, at the last island where we had lunch, we could only go as far as the waterline, and anyone who went further was warned by the ranger. The lunch wasn't spicy at all, and it was very easy to eat and delicious! The sea was so beautiful, it was breathtaking.★

The ferry journey was very smooth. The boat is wide and large, ensuring stability and safety even in the face of huge waves. There weren't many people on board. Free watermelon and butter biscuits were provided. See the picture below for the view from the boat windows. There was also a counter for issuing boarding passes. Date: 2026/7/1.★

The trip was great (from Krabi to Phi Phi). There were no delays and we arrived exactly on time. It felt short and many of us couldn't believe we had already arrived.
