Overall, it was good, except that the driver was about an hour late picking us up from the hotel. He said it was because they changed cars, so the license plate number was different from the one provided in the email. The driver dropped us off at the hotel entrance.

The overall experience is good. Managed to see different kinds of wild life there with Mr Bujang's sharp eye. Itenary was slightly different from our experience. Expected to eat food prepared at Bako, ends up we had lunch after we came back from bako from a malay store outside the bako jetty.
