Gianni was a fantastic and engaging guide who did an excellent job of overcoming obstacles when presented. It was a busy and enjoyable day and my only suggestion is it could have left a little earlier to have a bit more time at the locations.

A very enjoyable tour. Our guide took advantage of the bus ride to provide commentary and explanations/advice. Time in Pisa was limited (it wasn't possible to see everything). The stop on the return trip gave a great overview of the Cinque Terre atmosphere. Highly recommended! Note: you must take the free port shuttle when disembarking the ship to reach the ticket counter located at the port exit.
