Diego and partner were knowledgeable and helpful, they gave a very informative tour. Separately, the information the tour company had posted on GetYourGuide did not state we needed to bring ear buds and we were met with the challenge of trying to purchase them from the guides on the bus with USD since we had just arrived in Brussels and hadn’t visited the exchange yet. It all worked out but feel that since not informed, the tour company should have given them complimentary after we showed the guide the actual post to prove it wasn’t listed.

The buses ran as frequently as advertised, and the app provided realistic waiting times for the next bus. The German audio guide was excellent in parts, with relevant commentary and amusing anecdotes, but in other sections it was monotonously read by a computer voice. The kids' audio guide is very good, but unfortunately, it's only available in English, Dutch, and French. The AI ​​assistant "Tootie" in the app is an absolute disgrace; it never stops talking and can't be turned off or muted. The only solution is to close it completely or exit the app. Otherwise, the buses are clean and safe, but unfortunately, they lack air conditioning.
