It is a great way to connect from the Chengdu train, bus waited at the car park upon our arrival, The driver advised us to align the nearest drop off point which is 5 min walk to the hotel. The return trip only has limited pickup points, Can easily Didi around 10+ yen.

The bus arrived a little late yesterday. Since it was our first time booking a bus service, we were quite anxious while waiting. Fortunately, the customer service was very professional and helped me contact the driver to let them know the bus was almost there. While waiting, we also saw three foreign guests who had also booked a bus. When we told the driver we were almost there, they immediately felt relieved. The driver drove smoothly and took us to Songpan Station in about two hours. We were very satisfied with the service.

Jiuzhaigou National Park is one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited. The water is unbelievably clear with stunning shades of blue that almost look unreal. Every lake has its own unique beauty, especially Five Flower Lake, which completely lived up to the hype. Pearl Shoal Waterfall was also incredibly impressive, and walking through the park felt like stepping into a fairy tale. The shuttle bus system is very convenient, and the walking trails are well maintained, making it easy to explore the different valleys. Even though there were quite a lot of visitors, the park is so large that I could still enjoy many peaceful moments surrounded by nature. I recommend starting your visit early and wearing comfortable shoes because you’ll be walking quite a bit. The scenery changes throughout the park, so every stop offers something different and worth seeing. This place truly exceeded my expectations. This time I booked a VIP2+1 bus but was downgraded because there was no vehicle available and the driver was almost 10 minutes late. I understand that the passengers were likely late, causing delays at every point. TripPage informed me that they would refund the bus fare, likely through the card I used for payment, but I haven't received the credit back yet.

Mr Zhang is a very nice driver. Along the way he talks about surrounding nature and let us stop by and take some photos. He also recommended local food and even make sure we depart our station to our next destination. Remarkable day with friendly driver

Great experience overall, operator contacted me on the day by WeChat to agree on pick up time from Huanglong Tourist Centre. We were running a little late, so operator has kindly arranged us a bit later transfer on the same day - stayed in touch with us throughout the hike so we could perfectly confirm on timing. Our driver was very kind too! ☺️
