The mountain roads can be challenging, but he drove with great care and confidence, making everyone feel safe and comfortable throughout the trip. Out driver was very nice. He treat us well. But this tour only provide you from pick up point then send you to the entrance of the national park and leave you to explore the national park by yourself. No one can understand english. so, good luck.

Jiuzhaigou is great, but it's probably impossible to see everything in one day. I had accommodations in Chengdu, so I made a day trip. Staying in the Jiuzhaigou area for a couple of days and exploring the area wouldn't be a bad idea.

The customer service was excellent. Driver Mao was very warm and friendly. Although it was just a day tour, we saw everything we wanted to see and had a very enjoyable experience.
