Great service. Salesperson was very patient and responsive when I tried to find out our options. They gave good recommendations and helpful tips. The driver was polite and drived with extra care especially at those narrow mountain winding roads. The company updated our car for free on that day. The price is reasonable too. It includes all the parking, tolls fees. We designed our own itinerary with the driver’s suggestion of a restaurant for lunch. so it’s very flexible. We had a enjoyable and care-free day. Highly recommend their service to people who don’t want to go through the hassle of renting and driving/parking a car in Thailand.★

I decided to participate in the Sky Lantern Festival at Horizon Resort quite late this time, but I had to arrange my own transportation. I was worried that Bolt wouldn't be able to call a car, so I booked a 10-hour private car directly. I could go wherever I wanted to go. The driver arrived at the hotel on time and drove very safely.
