I still haven't been able to connect this SIM card. I think it's my own fault. I have a hard time using all these modern gadgets. I didn't think to contact customer support. And my colleagues couldn't handle it either.

I used this in KL, Bangkok and Shanghai. Overall the signal was ok. Sometimes we do get a drop out but it’s not often. We managed to use all social media platforms with this eSIM at Shanghai. Only thing is if you want to hail a ride you’ll need a number for it in china.


