They promised 15 days of card validity if activated before February 28th. We did everything we could, but in the end, the card only lasted 10 days. They lied to us about the promotion! Otherwise, everything's great.★

I decided to try an e-SIM card for the first time. I read some bad reviews and bought this e-SIM as a backup. I installed this e-SIM for my wife and bought myself a EURO SIM card (five times more expensive). In fact, both worked well.
I can't submit a review without rating the customer support. I'm giving it a 5, but I don't know how they work, so I haven't had to contact them.★

The eSIM service is excellent. Activate it before your trip and don't forget to enable data roaming. Speed and coverage quality depend on the local carrier. I used it in Chengdu, China, and Phuket, Thailand, and both had good 5G coverage, with data speeds faster than hotel WiFi. I highly recommend this service 👍
