The tour was great and very interesting; the guide gave us plenty of time to explore on our own. However, the pickup was extremely complicated, as there were three different descriptions, resulting in us arriving much too late.

We loved our boat trip in Bacalar! They arranged for pick up in the town but the boat was conveniently located near the town anyway, whereas other boat trips we saw were very far down the lagoon. Our captain and skipper were so friendly and we had complimentary beers, sodas, fruit and popcorn. We got to stop at a few different swim stops including the pirates canal and got to see two open water cenotes and bird island. We learned a lot about Bacalar and the lagoon and could ask as many questions as we wanted. Extremely good value and life jackets provided. Would highly recommend!!!!

Our two guides, Samuel and Laura, were incredibly friendly and fun. They organized the tour perfectly. The water was a beautiful turquoise. They also explained a lot about the cenotes, the different colors of the water, and so on. The food (fruit and avocado toast) was delicious and beautifully presented. We would book this tour again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it!
