The announcement on the plane regarding filling out the entry form should be repeated several times. Reason: The sound quality was inadequate. Before the passengers realized it was about assistance with filling out the form, data had already been mentioned. The subsequent exchange of information about what had been said created a noise level such that a single repetition would not have been understood.

Great experience, very disappointed with TUI on this booking because we had booked to have a French-speaking guide but he did not stay with us at all during the experience, we managed with the staff on site.

Absolutely incredible, I fulfilled a childhood dream. The guide was fantastic; there were only two of us, and he took the time to make me feel completely at ease. I rode Farah, a mare who was incredibly gentle and calm. She listens perfectly to my commands—it's truly impressive. We went out into the sea, and I trotted along the water's edge as well as in the desert (a little bit, because it's really difficult for someone who's never ridden a horse before). If I can give you one piece of advice, GO FOR IT! It's a must-do land-based activity here!

The quad bike ride was fantastic. The guide was friendly, and the meal with the entertainment was very authentic and enjoyable. Plenty of time was spent taking photos and selling local products.

Beforehand, we were a bit skeptical about horseback riding given the health of many of the horses. However, we read good reviews and booked anyway. Upon arrival, we were very warmly welcomed by Suzanna. For our daughter in particular, it was great that she turned out to be Dutch, because now she could follow all the instructions immediately. Furthermore, it turned out that we were dealing with a very skilled woman with a huge heart for animals. The horses all looked healthy and were treated very lovingly. We strolled leisurely along the waterline and the beach, after which we were asked if we wanted to gallop along the beach. Once back, we were given plenty of time to see the other horses as well, and our daughter was allowed to give the horses a treat. After the tour, we were offered free water and soft drinks for a small fee, and Suzanna took the time to answer all our questions patiently and enthusiastically. Definitely book an excursion at Desert Dreams!!!
