They responded very quickly and told me I needed to activate roaming. 5G internet was available everywhere we went in Sharm el-Sheikh. I used the internet mainly outside the hotel: ordering a taxi, searching for information, using a translator, and social media. I shared internet with my husband's phone. Everything worked perfectly!
