We booked this trip in UK before arriving on holiday. Three days before the trip we were contacted to confirm the pickup point which was reassuring. Our driver and guide Javier was incredibly knowledgeable and full of facts and information across the day. We were a small group of 8 from mixed locations but all spoke English which was helpful. After being picked up and en-route to collect other participants, we were advised a serious ravine fire risk meant our hike to Roque Nublo was not permitted by the police. An alternative trip was put into action, which allowed us to still see the Bandanas (volcanic basins) and view Nublo from a distance, but still have a sunset experience from the highest point on the island. The alternative site we visited, took us into an area with aboriginal cave dwellings which was fascinating. It required a short climb over a rock face to enter the caves, which requires good footwear and strong nerves and confidence in the guide.It was an amazing day out

Well organised , fun to do Book a taxi for your return or walk towards the light house to the taxi rank to get a taxi back to your hotel or you feel a bit stranded

The staff were friendly and did their utmost to find dolphins. Upon arrival at the boat, a photo was taken, which you could purchase later for a small fee. Swimming was great fun. This was allowed in a safe spot near the harbor. The boat was clean, and care was taken of those who became unwell.

Wow, just wow. A truly wonderful and exciting tour. And Celeste made it even better with her enthusiasm, charm, and above all, her wealth of knowledge and information. A huge compliment to her! The first stop was really lovely, but what followed was simply incredible. The hike through the rainforest was so much fun, and then the meal in such an amazing setting was fantastic. Thank you to the team, and thank you again to Celeste.
