The price of this bundled promotion was reasonable, and the one-click installation was very convenient. I installed it before departure and could use it immediately upon arrival. If there were any problems, I could find answers in the email. I didn't use customer service this time, so I can't comment on that. The internet was generally smooth in Okinawa, Japan, but I experienced occasional lag in the middle of the night, I don't know why. Overall, though, I would recommend it.

eSIM is very convenient to use. It's pre-installed in Thailand by pressing a button in the Trip app. It works with my iPhone 14 Pro. Once I arrive in Japan, I just turn it on and it's ready to go. The speed is decent, although it might load a bit slow in crowded areas. It's very cheap; a 7-day, 10GB plan costs 150 baht. You can check your usage through the Trip app.
