The customer service was great. The route the navigation took was closed, and I initially wanted a refund (which was non-refundable). However, customer service helped communicate and provided an alternative route up the mountain. But this cable car, for two adults and one child, takes 5 minutes up and 5 minutes down, and at 750 yuan, it's a little bit overpriced. Please consider this. There's a paragliding spot at the summit where you can see people paragliding.

The tour was excellent, and Jannis made the experience even better. He was very attentive, kind, and charismatic, making the whole journey entertaining. I truly recommend this tour to enjoy the most beautiful views of the city
