A very interesting tour, and Davide, our guide, was exceptional. He guided us through his own experience, including personal experience, in a world that's often different from what we hear about on the news or in books, and all of this made this tour very moving. Thank you, Davide!

This tour exceeded my expectations/ this guide / female was engaging / very enthusiastic and informative. . I apologize I do not temper her name. She was a thin brunette. She explained things clearly and really got into the history. The pace was great but I am 75 and de conditioned so I struggled with the amount of steps . I am so glad I took this tour and want to do more study on it. Our guide was very informed and tried to make us all comfortable. . She is an asset to your company. The woman in front of the place / at front door collecting tickets was very rude as I was concerned over finding my guide. She acted like she could not be bothered . Who ever this woman works for should replace her with a kind / helpful employee
