James was an outstanding tour guide who shared his passion for Australia’s natural beauty, native wildlife and plants with our small group. His storytelling about the city and its people was both fascinating and informative, making the experience even more memorable. He was also incredibly thoughtful and considerate, preparing raincoats and bottles of water for everyone. Even when the rain poured down, his professionalism, friendly manner and positive attitude kept our spirits high. James truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. The fireflies were barely visible because their light was too weak and few in number. The guide was friendly and gave interesting explanations in English, and the cake snacks were delicious. Walking through the mountains at night while listening to the cries of dingoes was a unique experience.★
