We went during dinner time and sat by the window. Even while seated, the restaurant slowly rotated, allowing us to enjoy a 360-degree night view. One thing to be careful of is that if you leave your belongings by the window, they will move and be out of your sight. The night view was beautiful, but the reflection made it difficult to take good photos. The buffet had a wide variety of options.
