As soon as you step off the plane and before you even go through customs, you'll see someone holding up an A4 sheet of paper with your name printed on it. They'll lead you directly to another customs area with very few people. From disembarking to collecting your luggage, it takes about two minutes, very fast. However, if it's a weekday (not a holiday), it's recommended to go directly to the regular customs area, as it won't be too crowded.★

I only booked entry the night before my departure, but I received a call on Line immediately, my plane ticket and passport were confirmed, and a photo of the signboard on the day was sent to me.
I was able to find the person in charge easily on site. I was directed to the crew lane next to where a large group of people were lined up, and was able to go through immigration in just a few minutes.
I didn't use the departure service as the fee was higher and I had heard it wasn't very busy in the morning.★

Bought the pass for both arrival and departure at Hanoi. Heard that arrival usually takes up to 2hrs but it was alright when I arrived but departure queues were wayyyyyy too long even up till security checks. I'm so glad I got this pass to skip all the queues.
