Thank you so much for such a great service! We were met at the airport with a sign, as promised. I had contacted them through VetSap three days before the trip, and they also contacted me the day before. Upon arrival at the airport, there were so many people, we had to wait for at least three or four hours, and only three gates were open. We got through in 5-10 minutes, very satisfied, thank you.★
