I booked this excursion for two adults and two children. The youngest child, who is 92 cm tall, traveled free, and the oldest, who is 130 cm tall, needed a child ticket. We were picked up from our hotel on time in a large, air-conditioned bus. The guide organized everything well, though. He spoke English, but everything was clear. The departure from the pier was quick. First, we went to Orchid Island, then Monkey Island. We had lunch on the first island. We loved everything. The guide was always there to help with any questions. Thank you, we loved everything!

An excellent event for the price, fun, but we were pretty burned out. Buns and sweets before the trip, seafood lunch during and at the end. During the entertainment, they serve diluted, low-alcohol rum. The crew drinks beer, tourists don't get it. Alcohol is paid for at lunch. Overall, it's fine and fun.

Absolutely worth the money. After a 12 hour flight, the last thing you want is to be waiting in line for hours. With this booking, it takes you through the lane near diplomats and crew. We were off the plane and outside the airport in 40 minutes

We loved everything: we bought a ticket that included a mud and herbal bath, water park access, and lunch. The pre-paid lunch comes with a separate menu, but the selection isn't very extensive. When visiting the mud baths, the staff helps you go through all the procedures in the correct order, which was very convenient. The water park has three slides, mostly used by children. We rode each slide once, and that was enough for us. We spent about 4-5 hours at I-Resort, not rushing anywhere, which was plenty of time. They only gave us one towel at the entrance: one for drying off and one for placing on a lounge chair. The showers also don't have shampoo, shower gel, or soap (so if you want to wash properly, you'll need to bring your own). They gave us swimsuits at the entrance, but we wore our own. The lockers for personal belongings are locked with a key, which you wear on a bracelet. I also recommend bringing a waterproof case for your phone, and you can also put your paper ticket there (you'll need it for the mud baths and lunch) so you don't have to go back to the locker.

I enjoyed the tour. The process itself was well organized. One caveat, though: we were seated with Chinese people. So, the tour was in Chinese. We didn't speak English, but fortunately there was a translator, so the whole process was clear. At the end, we even met some Chinese people and chatted. It was an experience, yes, but nothing more. Everything was very well planned, down to the minute.


