Bought the pass for both arrival and departure at Hanoi. Heard that arrival usually takes up to 2hrs but it was alright when I arrived but departure queues were wayyyyyy too long even up till security checks. I'm so glad I got this pass to skip all the queues.β

Very easy to locate the staff. Save us hours from queuing, the immigration clearance only took us 15mins and collect luggage within 10mins. Less than 30mins we alrd out of airport. Recommended if you travel to Vietnam during peak season especially if you travel with elderly and kids.β

For arrival in Vietnam, I booked a fast track service for about 400-500 baht. The wait time was approximately 50 minutes. It seemed like many agencies handle bookings, but ultimately, everyone converges at one location. The immigration line was usually very long, with multiple rounds of queues. I timed it, and immigration took about 30 seconds to 1 minute per tourist, no more than that. I don't understand why it was so slow. For departure from Vietnam, I didn't buy a fast track pass. The check-in queue with the airline took about 50 minutes, then 45 minutes for immigration stamping, and the final step, baggage scanning, took another 40 minutes. In total, the entire departure process took about 2 hours. Therefore, you should arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before boarding time, especially with Vietjet, which is very busy and causes significant check-in delays.β

Since it was a family trip with my parents, I was really worried about the immigration process, but looking back, I'm so glad I used this service. After arriving at the airport, I received a dedicated guide, so I could navigate through immigration without any complicated routes. And since we didn't have to stand around for long, the adults felt much more comfortable. Haha. We were able to finish quickly and move on without waiting, so the whole family was very satisfied!ξ₯
