As someone who doesn't usually leave reviews, I absolutely have to give our tour guide, Sakura, a huge thumbs up for this Mount Fuji private tour! I was surprised to find it was a global group tour, and the guide switched seamlessly between English, Japanese, and Mandarin. Her explanations on the bus were lively and engaging, and she took excellent care of everyone in the group, being incredibly witty and humorous! This trip was incredibly lucky. We saw the breathtaking Mount Fuji, and the meeting times at each attraction were perfectly timed. We even made it back to Tokyo Station before rush hour! It was such a fortunate trip!

The bus departs on time. The arrival time doesn't take into account the traffic jams we experienced. We arrived at Kawaguchiko two hours later than scheduled. The return trip was an hour later. I would also like more detailed instructions for finding the platform; we had to walk around the building twice because Google Maps doesn't work well inside buildings.

The service was incredibly responsive throughout. I inquired months in advance, and the staff were all very friendly. Our guide, Mr. Long, was also fantastic! His service was absolutely amazing – a superb smile! His driving skills were top-notch, he was very punctual, and we chatted and laughed the whole way. He even recommended some attractions and good restaurants! He was also very thoughtful (providing directions to restrooms, dining options, etc.). The weather was perfect too! Absolutely amazing! They also have tours to Izu!! And this year's mild winter meant the cherry blossoms in Izu bloomed a few days ago! Everyone, go for it!!! Contact the shop and make your plans now!!! Be sure to wear sunscreen, as the sun is incredibly strong!!

Purchasing the JR Wide Pass through Trip.com is incredibly convenient. This trip to Mount Fuji was absolutely worth it! The crystal-clear mountain scenery was breathtaking, every view was like a painting. Our tour guide, Mianmian, was incredibly dedicated, meticulously planning the itinerary, providing detailed and engaging explanations, and even thoughtfully taking countless beautiful photos of everyone's smiles against the backdrop of Mount Fuji's magnificence. It was a relaxing and enjoyable trip, truly an unforgettable and wonderful journey!


