Simply Amazing Oaxaca Immersion Tour by Cesar Our tour started at Mercado 20 de Noviembre, where we'd already ordered food, but the service was really slow. We let Cesar know, and when he found out we'd had to get our food packed to go, he found us a spot to sit and eat. Instead of rushing us, he started the tour right there, explaining everything we'd ordered along with the different foods and moles of Oaxaca. Suddenly every bite felt more meaningful, and it made the whole experience even more beautiful for us. Cesar was warm, affectionate, and incredibly knowledgeable, and he connected everything he shared to us and our family trip with my mom and my brother. The people he introduced us to in the mercado and around the city were just as memorable. He chose great spots to talk about and great places for photos, ending at the stunning Santo Domingo church. All in all, an amazing experience. I'd recommend Cesar 10 out of 10 times!
