Reviews: Ohrid cooking classes
Guest User2024-08-12
The day with Sonja and her family was one of the most beautiful experiences of my travels. We were embraced by tradition and a love for Macedonian cooking. The surrounding area, where the class takes place, is a relaxing setting outside the city. The pick up from Ohrid city was well orchestrated and made for an easy trip. The food, the food, well, it was delicious and true Macedonian cooking, just like Baba made it. We were sent home with treats as we could not eat all the food we cooked. I highly recommend this experience for more than a delicious meal, a peek into the soul of this amazing country.

Reviews: Private Wine Tasting Ohrid
Guest User2026-10-07
A very professional and enjoyable experience. We learned about the history of Macedonian wine while tasting some excellent local varieties. The sommelier was both enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and made the story of Macedonian wine truly interesting. It was the perfect balance between an informative talk and time to sit and enjoy the wines on our own. We also had a lovely platter of ham, cheese, and bread. A big plus was being able to buy the wines we had tasted. The service was excellent, and the whole experience felt both personal and professional. Our only regret is not booking a tasting with even more wines. Definitely recommend it.
