Reviews: Wai-O-Tapu geothermal wonderland + Lake Taupo + Huka Falls 1-day tour | Rotorua to Auckland

I was able to see the waterfall up close and experience the sheer volume of water. I was sitting near the front, so I got quite wet, but the weather was nice and I dried off quickly even though I wasn't wearing a swimsuit. A hat isn't strictly necessary, but if you do wear one, a strap is essential. It was an incredibly fun and unforgettable experience in New Zealand!

The Knox geyser was amazing to see and the park was interesting to walk around and see the different mud pools and thermal areas! The smell….not so good!

Impressive and beautiful terrain. Everything is well organized and clearly signposted. You should be in good physical condition and pay close attention to staying on the paths. We received excellent instructions, and the short ferry crossing was great too. Thank you so much!
