This was a fun experience. Our driver was great as was our guide. Seeing how one of my favourite cheese was made was very interesting as was tasting them with one of the local wines. Pure craftsmanship.

Really lovely guide and plenty of room for all the tour group. Very informative in an interesting way, especially how important the naming of products is. Great to be able to taste the difference in cheese and vinegars. Easy to purchase well-priced quality produce. One suggestion for the Parma ham tasting would be to have 2 different aged hams (the one we did try was lovely).
