I'm trying out an E SIM for the first time in Thailand. After reading reviews, I chose a 10-day plan with a 50GB data limit. I got a special offer and got unlimited data for about 480₽. Since I've been here for a month, this is my second time using this service. Easy setup on my iPhone. Excellent signal on Koh Phangan, Phuket, and Tao. I checked at 7/11 that a SIM card costs 999 baht for a month of unlimited data. This one was cheaper.

I used this in KL, Bangkok and Shanghai. Overall the signal was ok. Sometimes we do get a drop out but it’s not often. We managed to use all social media platforms with this eSIM at Shanghai. Only thing is if you want to hail a ride you’ll need a number for it in china.

I'm so glad I chose this particular E-SIM card. I was able to easily call internationally, which isn't possible with every E-SIM card. The internet also worked perfectly, and I could share my data. I'd happily buy another one if I need it.

Very quick verification through the QR code in the description of the Esim. You just need a passport and wifi/hotspot. Note that when typing the ICCID you should not use the first 6 numbers you see, start from the 7th. Easy installation on iPhone, internet seems to be working fine. Calls also work.


