Alice was a great tour guide! She was attentive to our requests and brought us to the places we wanted to visit. The arrangements were well-planned and suitable for our group of elderly family members and young children. We had a wonderful and enjoyable trip. Highly recommended!

We decided it would be difficult to navigate a foreign country and not speak the language, so we opted for a guided tour, and we didn't regret it. A car picked us up at 8 a.m., and the drive through Shanghai Wildlife Park took about an hour. The driver dropped us off at the park's main entrance, told us we had no time limit, and would wait for us in the parking lot. The tour included roundtrip transportation to the park, entrance to the park, and a ticket for the park's specially equipped safari bus, which took us through the animal feeding areas. After the safari, we traveled to the main zoo. The visit took us about four hours. At the end of the tour, the driver took us back to the hotel. I highly recommend it.

The package that includes the predator vehicle and use of the animal golf carts is so worth it. We had the most amazing tour guide--please request Wynn if she is available! It was amazing to see and feed so many different animals and learn which ones were from SE Asia. Wynn made sure we had all the best opportunities for viewing and feeding, and her translation was so helpful. The car that picked us up was luxury and the ride to and from the park was perfect. We will book again next time we come back, and we will be requesting Wynn again for future tours!! She is the best guide.
