My guide today was Jean Paul, and I had an amazing time on this safari, better than I could have imagined. First off, make sure to get the pop-up roof, it made the entire experience being able to see the animals and nature so clearly. The boat tour was also very fun, and I was able to see crocodiles (or alligators, I forget the difference), hippos, elephants, baboobs, zebras, and others just from the boat! Let alone the rest of the Game drive. Jean Paul was very knowledgeable about the history of Akegera and the area, as well as the animals we saw. It felt like a great balance of peaceful and quiet serenity, with many moments of excitement and visually tracking down animals. Definitely recommend a guide in this way because they are always in contact with the other guides to find out who saw what and where that day. Thanks again!

I hiked the Mountain Kigali Trail and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The trail offered beautiful views of Kigali and the surrounding hills, with lush greenery and peaceful nature throughout. The paths were well marked and varied in terrain, which made the hike both enjoyable and rewarding. The location was convenient and accessible, and the scenery along the way made it worth every step. Whether you’re into hiking, nature photography, or just want to enjoy fresh air and great views, this trail is a must‑visit. I left feeling refreshed and inspired highly recommended!

The Gorilla Guardians Village was an amazing experience. Jonathan was an excellent host, thoroughly guiding us, so at the end of the day we got a glimpse of this fantastic country with welcoming people and such a clean environment. The views were great. The boat trip was nice. Well done!
