This tour exceeded my expectations/ this guide / female was engaging / very enthusiastic and informative. . I apologize I do not temper her name. She was a thin brunette. She explained things clearly and really got into the history. The pace was great but I am 75 and de conditioned so I struggled with the amount of steps . I am so glad I took this tour and want to do more study on it. Our guide was very informed and tried to make us all comfortable. . She is an asset to your company. The woman in front of the place / at front door collecting tickets was very rude as I was concerned over finding my guide. She acted like she could not be bothered . Who ever this woman works for should replace her with a kind / helpful employee
