Met us on time at the meeting point. Guide was very helpful throughout the trip and gave us lots of information. He was friendly,polite and considerate. The transport was very clean, comfortable and had excellent air conditioning which we were grateful for as it was an exceptionally hot day. The driver was friendly and had us laughing with some jokes. Managed to see all four corners of the island in the five hours and be back with our ship in plenty of time. The only improvement would be if we had a ticket with priority boarding for the return trip on the cable car included in the price or added as an extra as had to queue for 40 minutes and it was a bit of a push and shove otherwise would highly recommend this company if you are pushed for time to see the island.
