Reviews: Leavenworth: Tour the Bavarian village, mountains, falls & lakes
Guest User2026-10-09
Leavenworth is definately worth the visit, so are the falls. It is a long day with a lot of sitting on a minibus to get there and back but you get three hrs to explore the Bavarian town. Sadly our guide hardly spoke on the journey, and people on tour had to ask questions to prompt a response. The people two rows back could not hear them either. No information on towns passed through except the one in twin peaks. It would have been nice to have some history and information on a three drive. I would still recommend this tour because the scenery was stunning.
