This trip was an excellent experience. The itinerary was very well planned, the connections between attractions were smooth, and the pacing was excellent—full of activities without feeling rushed. A special thank you to our tour guide, Xiao Xue, for her professional service. Her explanations were vivid and detailed, her time management was precise, and she was always attentive to the needs of the group members, taking care of everyone's needs. It was a very enjoyable trip, and I highly recommend it!

I've been on several tours in Sapporo, but personally, the Lake Toya tour was the best. It wasn't a crowded tour spot; it was peaceful, the natural scenery was beautiful, and being able to quietly wander around local cafes and restaurants was truly healing. Next time, I'd love to take my parents and do the Biei tour one day and the Lake Toya tour the next. Haha. The guide took great photos at every spot, so I got lots of pretty shots and made wonderful memories. Thank you!

All the attractions were absolutely beautiful! The itinerary was very well-organized; I don't know how much time it would have taken me to go on my own. Our tour guide, Ms. Liu Sheng, provided detailed and patient explanations throughout the day trip, sharing a wealth of historical, geographical, and cultural knowledge, which was a pleasant surprise and added a lot of enjoyment to the journey. We had a great time, with a tight schedule and lots of fun, especially the snowmobiles. My wife and I had a blast. The snowmobiles were really photogenic. Our guide, Eric, was very responsible, switching between two languages ​​and explaining things in great detail. I would definitely hire him again if I have the chance.

Highlight of the tour was Nick our tour guide. Told us he was new but he was eager and enthusiastic. Came across as genuine and super helpful. Offered to help take photos at every stop and cheerful too. Gave good tips at each stop, like what was good to try and which part of the cruise boat offers the best view to enjoy the fireworks. Smooth drive from the driver too.
