I was late for my lessons and she kindly rescheduled and allowed me to change the location too as we had left Rusutsu for Niseko. Weather was terrible, ski lifts was closed and we rescheduled again!! So lucky with Olivia. She sent Vee, so kind and so patient. Will definitely book with Olivia again next time.★

Both snowmobiling and the bear ranch are worth experiencing. Before setting off, I thought they were similar, but in the end, I went to both. Snowmobiling is better with one per person (15,000 yen per snowmobile, cash only). At the bear ranch, it's 1,000 yen per person, and food is 200 yen per bag, also cash only. You can bring apples—I love their apples—it's really cool! The itinerary is a bit hardcore, so buy plenty of convenience store snacks to eat on the go.★

Tour guide (Oscar) was engaging and friendly. Although trip was a little rushed, time spent on the different locations were sufficient. Although would not recommend visiting bear ranch, living conditions of the bears not rly good and not ethical.★

great easy bus to niseko! you can bring luggage. The station is easily located (from inter terminal walk to domestic then down elevator 1 floor on the right)★

The day trip was very well planned, and our guide Erik was witty and humorous. I highly recommend him; he's on a completely different level from other day tour guides. I wasn't tired at all at the end of the trip, and I had a fantastic time!
