It was a very professional tour group, and we were the only group with Chinese-speaking staff. They even assigned us a Chinese-speaking tour guide. Our guide, Ping, was very professional, provided detailed explanations of the sights, and was incredibly warm and attentive. Thank you, Ping!

The itinerary was great. After exchanging tickets at the meeting point, we boarded the bus at the time we purchased. It was essentially a sightseeing bus with commentary (in English). Afterwards, we took a boat trip to see the lake scenery. Tickets for the chocolate factory were sold out on the official website, so I bought this instead. It was a good experience.
