I found the chef, Lynn Krieger to be vastly knowledgeable about her Cajun roots, the history of the area, the food and the people. This experience has been the best one of my trip so far. AND I got fed!

This walking tour was so great! Our tour guide Thomas was amazing, very informative and charismatic. Although we got down poured on through a portion of the trip, we enjoyed our time. The beignets are delicious, you get your choice of beignets at each of the establishments, as well as choice of one drink at the first stop: PJs Coffee. You also get a short history and tour of the Garden Distric as well. Overall, great walking tour to add to your NOLA checklist.

Russell was very knowledgeable about New Orleans history. Alligator sausage was delectable, and the views of French market were beautiful!
