The pickup area was a little hard to find from the direction you walk after arriving, but if you simply go to the airport rail station, it's right before the ticket gate. The card is cute and the pickup was smooth and easy! With just 400 NTD, I was able to enjoy the ride without having to top up!

Tour guide is friendly with a very comfortable 8 seater van as our main transport! She shared many histories of the places we visited and even dropped us off at Fengchia night market at the end of the tour. Itinerary and schedule is well planned, with ample of time to play with sheep in cingjing and eat/shop at sun moon lake.
