Easy to use, machine to top up was efficient. Do not need to use the MRT card and pay for the ride in need of toilet. U can ask for the mrt counter staff for a token to enter the station for the toilet.

The tour guide and driver were responsible and attentive; I appreciate their thoughtful arrangements. The vehicle was comfortable and spacious with ample air conditioning, and the driver's excellent skills meant I could simply relax and sleep soundly as soon as I got in. They also provided pick-up and drop-off from designated hotels, making it a great choice for families or small groups on day trips to multiple attractions. The fleet arrangement was convenient and clear, and the company maintained close contact with us at all times through an instant messaging system. The price was reasonable.

Excellent!! The driver was very attentive and responsible, and drove very smoothly. I usually get carsick, but I didn't get carsick at all on the mountain roads of Alishan this time!! He also gave us detailed introductions at the scenic spots and took us to take photos 😭 He was so responsible; I didn't expect to get such a great customized tour for this price.

Our driver, Brother Zeng, was incredibly dedicated and responsible, and his driving skills were excellent! I usually get carsick, but this time I didn't experience any motion sickness or discomfort at all. He provided thorough explanations of the sights and constantly encouraged us to take photos, haha. He even had a pretty complete set of photography equipment, showing a real commitment to getting great shots for his customers, haha! I highly recommend joining a small group tour; they pick you up and drop you off at your hotel, which is perfect for solo travelers!!


