I'm usually too lazy to write reviews, but I'm doing this because I'm truly satisfied. Customer service representative Charlotte was incredibly helpful and patient, answering all my questions. It was thanks to her that I booked three trips, including one three months from now. The driver/guide I met on the day was also wonderful. She's a Xinjiang girl, not Dilraba Dilmurat, but she was professional, efficient, and kind.

A fantastic itinerary – from porcelain (it felt like being in Europe), to temples (the views from the top were amazing), torii gates, experiencing traditional hot springs, and of course, a library. Our guide, Yang Meng, was also excellent :-) Her English is fluent, and she took great care of the group. Her photography skills are superb too :-)

Overall, the eSIM I purchased was a great experience. The installation process was simple and convenient; I activated it quickly following the instructions. The network connection was stable, and the internet speed was fast. Whether using map navigation, chat software, browsing the web, or watching videos, everything was smooth.
