The Toansfer picked me up from the hotel at the scheduled time. I was taken to the airport an hour early. There's also water and a wet wipe on the bus. There's a massage, but I think it's just a buzzing noise. Slippers are provided at the bus stops, and be sure to bring cash for the toilet.

A Good Journey with Some Room for Improvement Trang was incredibly helpful from just before our arrival until we reached our destination. When I requested to change my booking from the lower deck to the upper deck, Trang processed the change very quickly and promptly refunded the price difference. Her communication and customer service were excellent, and I really appreciated her assistance. Although the bus driver did not speak English, he drove well, and we felt comfortable with his driving. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The Wi-Fi advertised on the bus was not available, one of our deck chairs had a broken recliner, and the TV on another deck was not working. Also, be prepared to pay 3,000 VND per person to use the toilet at the rest stop. It would be great if the company could arrange access to a free toilet for passengers during the journey. This was a very unusual and novel sleeper bus trip. HK bus service was excellent; they picked us up from the hotel, and getting our tickets and boarding the bus at the bus station was also very smooth. I slept through the night and traveled from Sapa to Hanoi. Thank you, HK!

Until the day before departure, all communication was normal, which was reassuring. However, on the day of departure, just 15 minutes before departure, the agent informed us that they couldn't send a car to pick us up from the hotel. We had to carry our luggage to the bus station ourselves, and we were even forced to take a different bus (originally scheduled for 9:30, but moved up to 9:00). This meant all check-out preparations and moving had to be completed within 15 minutes, making it a very chaotic morning. Upon arriving at Sapa, HK staff transported passengers in shifts to different hotels. After waiting 15 minutes, they took us to the wrong hotel again, leaving us to carry our large luggage and walk up and down the city stairs (about 600m) to the correct hotel. The bus itself was fine, and the cleanliness was acceptable. The service staff before and after departure caused significant inconvenience and disruption to travelers.
