If you are looking sleeper bus to travel between Hanoi Sapa, I highly recommend recommend HK Buslines. The service is good. It provides shuttle bus to pick up and drop off at hotel where you stay. The customer service will respond to you enquiry promptly.

I’m very impressed with the support behind the G8 bus experience. My booking was last-minute, but Trang from the Happy Team contacted me immediately after I booked, sent all travel details, and patiently answered my questions. Their quick and helpful responses—even late at night—made me feel very comfortable as a first-time customer on Trip.com. Because of this great experience, I booked my return trip in Sapa. Unfortunately, I accidentally chose another cheaper G8 listing labeled “Official” without checking carefully. This time no one contacted me or provided support. After experiencing both, I can confidently say the difference in service is worth the price. The bus was comfortable, but the Happy Team’s customer care made the biggest difference. Highly recommended!

The representative contacted us in advance and helped us change the meeting location within a couple of hours. The bus was very comfortable! Everything was clean, and they provided a blanket, pillow, headphones, water, and a napkin.

We got to try HK Bus line's newest fleet of bus travelling from Hanoi-Sapa and vice versa. It was clean, comfortable and luxurious experience. The ticket includes free snacks and shuttle service to and from your hotel. The bus company is also easy to communicate with and they respond quickly. We had a few questions and requests.


