Our driver Will was excellent. He was on time, picked us up in front of our hotel, and dropped us off per previous agreement. The drive was great, he even waited for us to finish our shopping at the salt mine shop. The star of the show was also our tour guide (he said he was still in training but he was doing it like a pro). He was funny and informative, his stories were interesting and he was ready to answer all of our questions. We were there with a child, his daughter was also there so it was a really good experience for all of us. The pace he was leading us on was easy to follow even though there was a lot of walking and stairs. The only person who was not so friendly was the woman who was working at the mine, she didnโ€™t seem so interested in us having a good time as Will and the tour guide did. Overall the experience was great and worth the money.

Very, very friendly and helpful staff. The attendant checked several times to make sure everything was working properly with the audio equipment. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ The view from the upper deck was excellent, especially considering the beautiful weather in mid-October. All in all, a wonderful and relaxing trip. ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€
