As soon as I booked, they sent me the contract right away, and they immediately set up a chat window with the photographer, so communication was very smooth. They understood the concept we wanted immediately during the shoot and even filmed a video. They sent the original files right away, and everything from the booking to the final results was perfect. I am completely satisfied!
