Since it was a holiday period, I purchased the VIP Fast Track service at Tan Son Nhat Airport in Ho Chi Minh City.
Upon arrival, there weren't as many people as I expected, and the Fast Track line was actually quite short, so I thought, "I can wait and see how things go for the return flight before buying the pass."
However, upon my return, the crowds were shocking. Even though I arrived at the airport two hours before departure, the immigration line was incredibly long. Even when I told the staff or police that my flight was imminent, they simply told me to get in line.
In the end, passengers kept coming in right up until the moment of departure, and the situation was so chaotic that the actual flight was delayed. I don't know if anyone actually missed their flight, but it was a really close call.
If you are using Tan Son Nhat Airport, I highly recommend purchasing the Fast Track, especially for your return flight. If you don't purchase it, I think it's best to arrive at the airport at least three hours in advance.
I had thought, "It's not really necessary," based on my arrival experience, but I truly realized its importance on my return flight.★

It was very easy to communicate with the company, I added them on LINE before arriving. Once we were off the flight it was easy to find the person in the terminal and we were shown to fast track quickly. My experience was 4 lines of fast track and it was still pretty busy, we were lining up for about 45 minutes and the 'normal' line looked a good 2.5 hours. We chose this option as we had afternoon plans, but understand fast track can be busy if others have purchased it. It's not too expensive so it's probably worth it, just makes life a bit easier rather than waiting for ages.★

Everything went just perfectly, we were immediately met at the entrance and taken to the passport control line, we went through without any queues, the whole process from leaving the plane to boarding a taxi took no more than 15 minutes.★

A very convenient service, everything is fast and efficient. We arrived at the airport almost simultaneously, about 5 flights landed, the queue for passport control lasted about 3 hours, but we were met and cleared quickly, literally in 5 minutes. This app is cheaper than what the staff offer at the airport and, of course, 2 times cheaper than the tour operator's prices for this service!
