Me and my husband went and we got to learn tons of interesting and amazing things about Rotorua and the sites we saw but also about New Zealand's early history, we loved knowing what our beloved Kiwis are called that name. It was wonderful to spend time at the spa, one of the most beautiful spa's we have ever visited. The view is just stunning. Our guide David was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and always ready to help us with anything we needed. He also showed us a place visited more by locals than turists and it was wonderful. This is a must do activitie!

John was great! He took us to two bonus stops: the Lady Knox geyser and an additional geothermal mud pool. So make sure you stay on schedule and you might get more than you paid for. It just depends on if you have any extra time and whether stuff is available along the way (timing, weather, etc). Also he had a great playlist, which actually makes a difference I find, as you’re going to be on the road for a few hours.

I have been caving in NZ before but this was just awesome. To see glow worms as well as the rock formations, colours, stalagmites and stalactites was amazing. Our guide was Geoff and he was great. Great knowledge and patience. Being only a small group tour was also good. We didn’t get to do as much tubing due to low water levels. I would recommend this tour to anyone
